Refund Policy

At Simple Trampoline, we try to make our eBook customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you’re having trouble with our eBook or believe it is defective, then please submit your issue directed to this mail address (adam@simpletrampoline.com) to report your defective product and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For a corrupted file of the eBook, we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent with the mail.

No returns/refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:

  • Completely non-functional.
  • And you’ve contacted us through that specified mail but you didn’t get any response in 48h (business days only).
  • And/or product main description was fully misleading.

– Then you do have the option to request a refund.

We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind about an item.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) were sent/already downloaded by you.
  • The product(s) was bought by your employee or inmate using your payment method which he/she had legal access to.
  • You refused to provide our support staff with proper information to investigate the product you are having issues with.
  • It has expired more than 3 days after.
  • We don’t offer any refund for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.

Simple Trampoline offers a full refund within 3 business days starting from the moment when the member makes the payment. In this case, Simple Trampoline has the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right to NOT offer the refund if we see reasonable.

Please also note that:

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
